Which BLitzKing?
« on: March 11, 2014, 12:15:58 PM »
I have been shooting the 55 grain's but might migrate to the 50 Gr or 40 Gr.  This is my primary coyote round, and if you have any date on the two different grains pelase share.  I use LC Brass and Varget powder.  For the primers I have CCI Small Rifle Magnum.

Depends a lot on the twist rate of your barrel.  In a 1 in 9 twist, they should do well.  in a 1 in 7 twist, the 40's might fly apart or keyhole.  All the data is available on the bullet manufacturer's website.  It's all in what your gun likes!  :twocents:
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

The BK is a pretty tender bullet and I'd be afraid of splashes with the 40's on coyotes but they would work very well on GS or PD's.  If you want to get into the 40's on coyotes I'd look at the NBT it is a much tougher bullet.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.
