Isn't it a bit early for walleye Raz?
Were you blade baiting it or trolling bottom bouncers? My dad's heading over this Thursday so we can fish it this weekend. Never have tried it this early so if the wind isn't howling we might try out on the main lake first with blade baits in some deeper water.

I guess as long as you're able to locate the school, it should be decent to catch some using the jigging technique. Did you catch any perch?
