You can download the regs now.Seen them yesterday and found out that scopes are now legal to use on crossbows even during archery season.

I believe that is  only if you qualify as a disabled hunter.
Crossbows have been and are legal in firearm restriction areas, during modern firearm seasons. Scopes may be used on them only under these conditions.

 I called the Dept. and talked to Delores to clarify that and she informed me if you have a disabled permit that you can use a scope on a crossbow during archery season anywhere that is open for archery!!
