core4element question

Anyone has the highline pant and element pant?  Does the outer material the same?

I don't have the highline, but in reading about it I believe the highline pant is very similar.

I just bought a pair of Element pants but I haven't gotten them yet.

I was thinking they may be the same material with the element being thicker.  Just want to see if this is correct.
