Sounds good. I live in Monroe.I use a 50/50 (elk/venison) blend for game meat chili. So it is 3# elk & 3# venison. That make 6# or a triple batch.If you want to brown it you can just bring it up Saturday morning. I'll be making the base the night before and finish on site.
