If the roads are managed by the state, yes. Most of the oak creek drainage is managed by fore st service which means no riding unless it has a green dot.

It's so damn checkered boarded up there between NF and state it's kinda ridiculous. Doesn't look like Okanagan NF has a problem with atv/utv's.

Plus the best hunting around there has a designated ATV trail that runs for like 12 miles. Call the front desk for yourself if you dont believe me. Or yso for that matter. It is illegal to ride them on roads and you WILL get a ticket if caught. No way around it.
