pheasant/turkey hunting for disabled/handicapped people

are there any guides or private landowners that would be willing to help a young disabled man in a wheelchair hunt pheasants and or turkey?

I have heard the wounded warrior project does stuff like that

Thats pretty kool of you.  This State isn't easy for disabled hunters.
