special permit draw
« on: June 12, 2014, 11:48:22 AM »
Members of Huntwa,I guess I made a mistake putting my dad in for one of the 5 permits in the Winston hunt #1627.Thought we could just put in and not use his points (4).A 200$ access fee is rediculous just to shoot a doe.Does anyone know if I can hunt with him for my buck tag on that access permit? It's during the regular deer hunting season

Only if you're under 18. Otherwise you both need access permits. The good news is they're only $150.

The price isn't so bad if you hunt elk in there too.

If you can call Elk season in the Winston hunting........ With so many hunters in there it's hard to take a piss without someone watching  :bash:

Not all Winston is WEYCO permit some is state land requiring the much dreaded yet cheaper $30 pass. Bucks and does are in those areas if you are willing to leave the vehicle parked and get into the woods.
Whatever........
