Sure do like this new camera, only paid $60 for it (refurbished). Just set it up last weekend, used two little apples and a small orange for bait.

When I went in there this evening she was bedded about 25 yards from the camera. I didn't see her but heard her stand up, and then she didn't go anywhere for a minute, but then I heard her take off. Wondering if she has a calf nearby.

Yes, I thought it was interesting that she ate the orange. I only put it out there because it and the two little apples were all I could find in the refrigerator (don't tell my wife).  :chuckle:

I felt like going for a walk this evening so I checked the camera again, after only two days. No elk this time but two deer and one was a buck.
