Daughter drew her first elk permit..Need advice for Couse modern cow tag

Well this was her 3rd year putting in and she stoked. She was selected for modern firearm cow tag for "Couse" in GMU 181. The hunt # is 2217 and the hunt dates are Aug. 23rd-Sept. 1st...

We live in Puyallup and was hoping some of the fine folks here might point us in the right direction on where to start our scouting, folks to talk with, etc...
