3D Archery Range Near Ellensburg/Yakima
« on: July 05, 2014, 04:17:37 PM »
Hi guys, we laid out a casual but fun 8 target 3D course alongside our sporting clays course in the Yakima Canyon recently.  It is only $10 to shoot till you are tired and we have some good targets and looking to build a bigger/better course after we get some traction.

Here is a weblink  http://redsflyshop.com/3d-archery-range

You can grab dinner at Canyon River Grill afterwards, maybe even shoot a round of sporting clays too.  Please tell your friends, we know there is some need for an archery range around here so maybe we'll be able to get something going here as long as we get a little traffic.

Thanks!

Joe @ Red's

Is there a Archery Club at CWU?
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Joe are the targets still set up out past all the clay courses? That was great for practicing shots you may get in the field. Haven't been in quite awhile.

Very cool. Thanks for posting. I carry my bow with me instead of golf clubs when I am traveling. Was just in Yakima today. Wish I would have seen this. THe pheasant hunting looks like a blast as well. definatley gonna do this.

More targets the better.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the delay, been fishing too much haha.  The course is open 7 days per week.  Just stop by Red's, pay the $10 and shoot till your tired.  We're going to be making improvements little by little.

Hey Joe, Any way we can pre pay or something?  I called today and the gal told me we could shoot till dusk but they close at 5 so I had to be there by 5 to pay.  No way I am getting there after work any sooner than 6.
