When I hunt beer up that way I like to go to the Parkside. The PBR's are cold and it has a good atmosphere.

There's some great beer joints along the I-90 corridor.
Are you asking for our honey holes and our watering holes?

Why don't you write up a little story, tell us a little about some of your past beer experiences.

I was beer hunting up that way one time.  I saw a guy with a flashlight strapped to his pint.  I told him that it wasn't legal to drink like that.  He told me it was just to help him find any beer he had dropped and I should mind my own business.  I told the bartender and asked for 10 free beers but he only said, "I'll look into it and get back to you".  Still waiting for my beers

Nobody hunts the I-90 corridor, and for good reason. You're likely to have it all to yourself. Especially near the roads. Beers everywhere too

I think there is good hunting there just to much pressure. :twocents: I have taken a few nice buck in that area years ago.

I don't want to pile on, but I have never been beer hunting before.   :o

But, seriously, I have often driven through the I-90 passage between Easton and North Bend, and wondered about those mountains.  The access seems really good, and the mountains are beautiful.  In my case I am fully occupied elsewhere during the season, so I have no way of knowing how much pressure there is.  The only answer that you will get is this: Go to that area during hunting season, and see for yourself.  You won't find me there, I assure you.

Is there an open season for wild beer? I thought it was closed statewide.

So...
I'm still looking for input, I'm a motivated hunter looking for new spots and opportunities. But have set 4 cameras out in the last week with luck. Got two pics of bear and a guy carrying a beer.

if u got a few bear your not far off but the guy with beer should tell u it might be to accessible to people to have animals frequent the area often enough to pattern...

If you get pictures of the bear carrying the beer you will know that you have a good spot.

On a serious note, I bear hunt the I90 corridor. Lots of bear, blacktail and elk in there. Just get off the roads and hike up over a ridge into an area with no roads near it. I guarantee you find animals and no other hunters. I am yet to see another hunter in my bear area, and we take multiple bears a year out of there. It's almost like owning private land and a relief to know the animals won't be pressured by other hunters.
