If every load does it then it is not pressure. I would guess you have a firing pin that extends too far, and weakens the primer just short of punching it. I would shim or put some paper behind the round in the bolt face. You may need to use some heavier paper, and see if that eliminates the edges. If it does then your firing pin is either too long, or they machined the inside of the bolt too far. Easy fix by sending it back as the firing pin is surface hardened. You could file it back, but it may wear over tiem after you take the surface off. You can take apart a bolt pretty easy without any tools. Just need a piece of wood to push against.
