Looks like dates will reset in 2016 not 2015.

3rd season dates

2015- 10/31- 11/8
2016- 11/5-11/13
2017- 11/4-11/12
2018 -11/3- 11/11
2019- 11/2-11/10

From my view this means the best year to hunt elk will be 2015 because 1st seasons will be the earliest and nearest the elk rut.
And 2016 will be the best deer because 3rd season will have some rut days in that year.
