Special draw question

If I was drawn for an antlerless tag, can I still hunt with my OTC elk tag? As in get 2 elk?  My guess is no, but I can't find it in the regs

You drew a permit, not a tag.  You only have one tag.  Unless you drew a Master Hunter, 2nd elk permit you can't buy a second tag.

You can hunt OTC and/or antlerless as per your permit but as CP said you only get to harvest one elk.

Pg. 49 of the regs FYI "only one elk may be taken per hunting during the hunting season except for successful Master Hunter permit applicants"
