Cant say enough good things about the breed or how versatile.  Im able to shave her during the summer and let her coat grow longer in the winter.  Amazing how at ease in the water they are.  She shows no fear.  Occasionally ill harness her up to the kids raft and she will pull them across the lake.  It would be cool to get a bunch of draht owners together to blood trail and train

There's a group that gets together in eastern WA and in western WA sometimes. They have a Facebook page.

Yanka is the new kid in the kennel. She is kind of a clown. I had her pointing pigeons in a launcher last night with a loose check cord and she was a rock. Looking foreword to getting her out this fall. Gage is on a countdown to his VGP and is in intensive training for it. He will do an overnight blood track this weekend to see if his handler (me) can trust him to do an overnight track in his test.

Thanks for the comment on Yanka. Here is Gage getting ready for the "fox in the box" with a raccoon.

Here is one for you Lee.  This is Angus whom you met two years ago.
