Methow deer/bear down
« on: September 22, 2014, 08:49:48 PM »
Found this bear eating berries in a river bottom, was able to sneak to 35 yards, and put an arrow through both lungs. All smiles here. Tried to get my stalk on with a few bucks. But had a hard getting in close enough. Shot the doe coming off the mountain at 51 yards. I'm happy. Also I shot both animals with the same arrow. (Side note)  :)

Way to go cheapskate.
Just kidding. I like to save my kill arrows. To me, an animal is worth a new arrow every time.

Way to get it done Vic!
I went to the woods because I wanted to live deliberately...
I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life!

Sakoshooter I'm the exact opposite. I try and see how many I can kill with one arrow. Kind of a good luck thing. If u believe in that crazy juju stuff ;)
