Taking my pup for his first pheasant hunt

This will be my five month old drahthaar pups first pheasant hunt. I'm going to keep it short and fun for him.

Its hard to get him to hold still long enough to take a picture.

Great looking pup! Can't wait to hear the story and see some more pics.

The pup did great today he didn't run off and he was actively hunting the whole time, we did not see any birds but had a great time.
We could have had limit on ducks and he scent pointed some ducks that were on a pond.
