I just got a icon pro it seems they may have sent me the wrong size.
I was wondering if anyone out there has the same pack in a tall and could get me the measurement from the center of the hip belt to where the straps meet at the tallest point.

I have this pack in the 5200 size with the tall frame (19.5" torso).  From the bottom of the frame to the top of the load lifters is 24 &1/2".

How close are you to orting? My frame measures the same but it wont make the torso of 22 inches. It shows on the video if you measure from center of hip belt to where the two shoulder straps meet is the torso length this bag only adjusts to 17 inches at that point.
