Hi everyone, longtime lurker of the forums - tons of great info here. Just got back into hunting after a 20 year break and I love it.
I live in Mill Creek so I was looking for bear areas that are pretty close and haven't found much yet. I drove up to Spada and hiked over the dam and three miles up the north side of the lake. Saw some old scat, no bear damage and two grouse. Then I headed over to Lake Roesiger and went up Monroe Camp road and hiked three and a half miles up into some DNR clearcuts. Saw some old scat and incredible views of Chaplain.
I was looking for berries - I'm guessing they are all gone this late in the season. Any pointers on where to head from here? Here's some pics of where I headed using Google maps.
