Finally got a break from work just in time to head back to Washington to chase some muley's. Opening morning found me at my buddy farm in Walla walla. Spotted a group right away, made a 20 minute stalk and spotted this guy.ranged him at 229 yards and Pulled the trigger on the 270 wsm and watched him buck. Ran 40 yards and piled up. Gutted him and had a double lung and heart pass through. Had a great weekend with my wife and friend. All in all about a 25 minute season. Dropped off the skull here in NoDak for a euro.
