Really good stuff. Thank you.

I love to look a huge Blacktails. Are you selling you photos?

Yeah I would sell prints. I have a pretty good collection of Blacktail bucks I've photo'd over the last few years. These here are all this year. I guess if someone is interested just send me a pm

Took pics of two more different bucks yesterday. One real funky spike with weird trash and a cool 3x.

They were out today chasin does after the big morning rain. Saw a cool 4x with all kinds of brush stuck in his rack. I could only get a few snaps off on him as he was chasing a doe into the brush. This 3 was pretty cool he was chasing a hot doe too. Still hoping to catch a couple bruisers I know are around. Try again tomorrow.

Over the last week since it has been clear and cold with no rain the bucks have disappeared. Ive been out every day looking either first thing in the morning or right before dark. Seen a few smaller bucks out and about. Did see one good buck posted up with three does but he was way out on private and I couldn't get any shots of him. There was a cool 4x with this buck that had obviously been hit by a car. He was all gimped up. Ive seen three good bucks now that all have suffered some sort of non fatal injury. Assuming all hit by cars. Im hoping this high pressure goes away soon and we get some foul weather... Should bring em back out again, there still has to be a hot doe or two running around. I also can't believe all the does with tiny fawns... I really think there are multiple phases to the blacktail rut.

My kid spotted this buck today. Cool chunky 3x. He's a young deer with some potential. I like this one in B&W, the doe is barely noticeable in the background.
