Bone, I never see elk success pics from you.  What gives?  I know you know where to find them, don't you hunt them? :dunno:
Most of the time I only hunt them when I draw a bull permit.   I don't like the spike circus.  Plus the season tends to be about the time I go after Muledeer, my true love.  I still like to play once in awhile though.
What about late season archery?  Great new opportunity beginning this year in your neck of the woods that I would have guessed you'd want to take advantage of.  I want to see that bow of yours in an elk kill, man. :tup:
