Lens I.D. and value?

I got these old lenses from a family friend of my wife's mom thinking I may be able to use them. I guess she used to be a photographer but I don't know if she was a professional or just a hobbyist. Anyways I am wondering if these are good lenses, if they have any value, or at least any trade in value. These are fully manual lenses (focus and aperture) and also I am not sure of the mounting type. They look like my cannon mounting but too small. My wife's mom seems to think she used Nikon. Here is as much info as I have. These are all metal and heavy for their size so I assume they're decent for what they are and from the time period.

28-85 mm zoom f/3.5-4.5

If they are Canon mount they will be for the old FD mount (pre-1987) and not compatible with EF or EF-S mounts unless you first attach an adapter. Without looking at ebay or some "book" list of values i would roughly guess those to be worth $20 if that.

Before you put them in the fireplace you might consider keeping them for shooting video if you do that with your dslr. As you know most dslrs cant continuously auto focus while shooting video so its manual focus only. These older Fd lenses tend to have huge focus rings since all focus was manual bitd. This can make for much smoother watching video since you wont be shaking your camera so much as you finger your focus ring. Just remember the adapter!

Scab together an adapter to put your cell phone camera on them.
There is no greater respect to have for wildlife than to harvest an animal fairly and use it's flesh to feed your family.  ~me

There may be some collector value but without knowing what they're for can't help much. The last two lenses are decently fast if you could find what they fit you might be able to get $40-60 for them. From the era these lens would be from I wouldn't rule and out Minolta or Pentax they were everywhere.
