I would say brood-stocker. Fins are well rubbed (from long time in the cement pond). Maybe he just learned to not mash his face into the wall.
Biggest factor is the spawner colors and hook-jaw of a male ready to spawn. Triploids are created to never reach spawner maturity. If the fish has well-developed milt sacks, it's definately a broodstocker.
From what I've heard the triploiding process is not 100% effective and some weird "triploid mutants" result- could be one of those
