So did you ever get a chance at him?

No, the season ended December 15th, and I had a blind set up out there, but never sat in it. I didn't think it was worth it since even the does weren't coming in until well after dark, and then they'd always be gone at least an hour before daylight in the morning.

I need to spend some more time out there and try to figure out where that buck hangs out. If I can get closer to wherever he's coming from,  I will probably put up a tree stand and try to get him that way.
