I love those 58grain vmax for my 243... Every time you see them, buy them!  I've gone through stents of two or three months without having them because I didn't need them when I saw them in stock, now every time I see them in a store I buy them up.

well I put a leupold VX 2 6x18x40 on it with a fine duplex..Thanks to the boss for a great Christmas bonus

well not to far out,300 yrds or so,but Im a head shooter so I don't ruin any fur..I would like to shoot some targets out further soon as I get this dialed in

I know a guy who gave up on building those big dollar, long shooters and runs a stock Savage 243 with a good scope and keeps up with the big boys at the 1000yd shoots.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

Im a po boy,Im well under a grand with this set up,a Christmas bonus made it possible..This scope will really be fun I believe...Im going to make a portable shooting bench to use on the farm..El Cheapo lol
