First time out this season and I'm off to a good start. Had 3 bites netted 2 fish. It was damn cold today but well worth it!

Thanks guys. Yeah throwing jigs with shrimp and bobber. Dropping it down about 8 1/2 to 9 ft. Today I was using a 3/8 oz black and purple jig which seemed to do the trick. My go to color is a 1/4 oz black, red and purple which can be extremely effective and my dad swears by black and red which has always been good to him but not me!
