moses lake coyotes

Just wondering how the mudflats gloyd seeps areas are for coyotes around moses lake. Also what would you suggested for calls wise. Rabbit? Coyote howls? Bird in distress? Maybe a fab bleet? Im semi new to the area an now just exploring out. Thanks!
