My interpretation of the letter is that as long as you don't "redesign" the stabilizing brace to use as a shoulder stock you should be fine. Use it for the intended purpose and you won't have a problem. :twocents:

The key wording here being, second to the last paragraph.

"Any person who intends".

It's all fluff, broad definition there. Heck, the current administration has been running the country for years with "Broad definitions" and the fact they control the definition. :chuckle:
