Great game animal processing video start to finish
«

Having read failures of butchering process's and expectations of hunters when confronted with such failures here is a great video to watch on how to preform the butchering process from start to finish. If you are a beginner or an accomplished butcher of deer or elk sized animals there are great points on the entire process. I picked up several good tips from watching this video as well as noticing the butchers knife skills which I will employee on the next animal I butcher.
For those wanting to know how or where to start this is a video for you so enjoy and keep it in your library and put it to work this year when the hunt smiles your way!

Great video for many on here that want to cut up their first deer. I have never tried venison ribs. Always just make burger from rib meat. I wonder if they are good?
