Find every vantage point on the place, use them. Calling certainly but they learn fast. Getting significant control without trapping and many hours of work probably not in the cards. How many cattle? Calving now? All coyotes or dogs too? Open pasture size? Tough habitat for good control.

sit down...do a couple howls and a distress sound a few minutes later....or do 2 howls and just wait...doesnt need to be overly complicated...i have killed a lot of coyotes on 2 howls...i actually prefer to only use coyote vocals....good luck!
Your 270 has great range, know your distances from your vantage points so little guessing on hold is needed. Over a hundred head on a few hundred acres, watch your background, even cull cows are pushing $2000 dollars now.
Sounds like a guy I knows place,he wouldn't happen to be a retired rodeo clown would he?
