BPI told me not to load them as they were not made after 1971. They are also not keyed for 209 primers, and they highly recommended I dispose of them as plastic becomes brittle over the years and would not be safe to shoot.
Forget the bear spray, use wasp killer. Concentrated delivery stream, 10X the product, and only $3.00 on sale.

I have a box of them too, were in with my grandpas stuff... They look cool, but something tells me even if you could reload them, they would be pretty low dose
