NOT   :stirthepot: :stirthepot:   .  just my opinion.  Are you a hero if you are doing exactly what you were trained to do. Is a fireman a hero for going into a burning building. A LEO, or any other person... Chris Kyle has said he was not a hero... I have had this conversation with my Son who is a Major in the Air Force... I lean towards his conviction.... You are not a hero for doing what you are trained to do.. You are doing your JOB!!! Some people just do their job better than others.....  That being said .. Chris Kyle was REALLY REALLY good at his job.. RIP

Seems pretty darn cynical to me.  Especially since most people don't even do assigned tasks the way they should.  Of course Chris Kyle wouldn't say he was a hero, real heroes wouldn't say that.
