2015 Pack Clinic. DATE. CHANGE!!!!!
« on: March 05, 2015, 05:48:42 AM »
I'm getting calls for the 1 day pack clinic we put on each year.  The date is April 25th the last Saturday in April.   Lots of hands on in the afternoon with live mules.  Always good discussion.  Geared for any level of experience. We start about 8:30 and go to about 4pm.  We provide lunch and drinks for the day.  A reference guide is sent home with you.  Been charging $80/person with $5 off when multiples sign together.  I'm sure not getting rich here, I do this because of some of the sights I meet on the trail. Many times guys just smile when they see how simple some of this is. When they don't need an entire spool (600ft) of rope to tie on a load.

Date moved to May 2nd!!!!!!!!!

We have been using the Garfield County Fairgrounds here in Pomeroy.  Only 1 year we moved inside because of rain.

Still a few spots open,  we like to limit to 10 but a few more is fine.  I have plenty of mules for the afternoon hands on.  The morning is spent with discussion and load prep like making up manties or panniers. The afternoon putting loads on live mules is always fun.  We have piles of gear and the guys start putting different loads together, we stay until everyone has had all they want.
