Great sheep pics thanks for posting, they take me back to when I lived in western Montana and watching the sheep up Rock Creek.

Love that one of the old guy missing most of his teeth. Awesome pics Shawn!

Yeah, I love that ram as well.  He is your Eastmans sheep issue cover photo from last year taken by Tony Bynum.  Here is a link to more shots of him...

http://www.tonybynum.com/gallery/4692462_wiLZB#277545748_xoK9H

I have a 16x20 of the cover photo with him coming at you with the teeth.  It is an amazing picture and turns out way better than I can describe and on the computer.  Everyone who sees it is astounded.  I would highly suggest everyone get a large print of this ram from Tony and support a great photographer.

Anyways, sadly that ram is probably dead.  He was bleached out and sick in that picture I took of him.  I can't imagine he will make it the winter.

Good call Basket.  A lot of my photos over the years come from Rock Creek.  It use to be easy to find 190"+ bruisers from that herd.  Now I think the best sheep area is the breaks.  But you can find a large ram in any Montana unit really.
