I Like the idea but worry about States rights. IMO we need more independence in states rights from the federal Gov. The main problem with BIG Gov is that it allows us to be pitted against each other.  :twocents:

Good legislation but make it no permit needed all 50 states and that our second amendment is our permit!
"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter

Yep National Right to Carry permit first step to registration to make confiscation easier and first place to start those that have permits

yep this is the same mindset that people had with I-591 and look where they got us.This would be a good start but people have to always poison good ideas with  :tinfoil: crap.  :yeah:

all this will do is make it legal for cpl holders to carry in all states of the union.nowhere does it ask for any registration.

Stevemiller I don't know you or much about you except you and I are both quitting smoking at about the same time you chose to substitute e cigs for real cigs and I just quit completely.
You might be right that no where does it mention registration but are you really naive enough to think they won't find someway to put that in as a condition.  I am sorry but I already have my permit to carry in all 50 states and it is the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution people just have to have balls enough stand up and fight for a right we already have.......
I believe in the Constitution 100% show me where it says you can carry concealed in the Constitution please. This bill gives you the right to carry concealed in all states where it is legal to conceal carry. That to me is like another Amendment to the Constitution whats the problem? The word conceal is not by any means covered by the Constitution.

The USA is a nation of laws.  Not all laws are fair or just, and there are consequences for not following them whether we like it or not.  When we find laws that are not fair, just, or violate our rights, then we must work to get them changed or repealed (i.e. I-594 in Washington).  When we see that we need new laws to ensure our rights and freedoms are protected as we travel from state to state, we should support the bills that will create those laws and ask our Senators and Representatives to cosponsor and/or support them (i.e. National Concealed Carry Reciprocity).  Also, like it or not, the political arena controls a great deal of what we can and can’t do at the national, state, and local levels; we must learn to work within that arena and be very active in getting the right people elected into political office and pushing for legislation that protects our rights and freedoms.

Apathy and complacency have been the biggest destroyers of our rights and freedoms.  All of us must vote only for people that will support and protect our rights and freedoms.  That is, DO NOT vote for people with Socialist or “Big Government” tendencies regardless of what political party they claim to affiliate with.  All of us must be actively engaged in the political processes that control nearly every aspect of our lives.  Get involved!

Please respectfully ask your Senators and Representatives to cosponsor and/or support the National Conceal Carry Reciprocity bills (List the bills when you write or call your Senators and Representatives).

Contact your U.S. Senators in Washington State:
http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm?State=WA

Contact your U.S. Representatives In Washington State:
http://www.house.gov/representatives/

You can also call the United States Capitol switchboard at 1-202-224-3121.  The switchboard operator will connect you with the office you request.

These are the bills you want to ask your U.S. Senators and Representatives to cosponsor and/or support:

S.498 - Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2015
114th Congress (2015-2016)
https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/senate-bill/498

H.R.923 - Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2015
114th Congress (2015-2016)
https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/923

H.R.402 - National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act of 2015
114th Congress (2015-2016)
https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/402

H.R.986 - Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2015
114th Congress (2015-2016)
https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/986

Feel free to copy and paste the following message to your U.S. Senators and Representatives.  Refer to S.498 for communications to the Senators.  Refer to H.R.402, 923, and 986 for communications to the Representatives.

For the Senators:
