I put Harris on my RUM, love Harris.... First one I bought was too short, switched to a taller unit.

There are several bipods on the market but I don't think you can go wrong with a Harris. They make a quality product. :twocents:

I have a couple harris bipods. I need to pick up another for my new .300 RUM as well. I think I might try the pivoting one this time, so I don't have to mess with adjusting each leg as much.

Question for you guys already sporting the Harris swivel:  ?Any rattle or motion to the device while it is in carry mode along your barrel?

I haven't had any problems like that.  My only gripe w/ em is weight and how they really effect the balance of the gun when shooting freehand or just carrying w/ the sling.

I have the tallest available Harris bi-pod w/the pivot base mounted on my threehundoe.  I wouldn't use a different set up.  I love to sit and shoot, so it's like an anchor when blast. :twocents:

I have a Versapod and I love it.  RIght height for shooting over the CRP grass down here, swivels, and I can unsnap the legs whenever I want.
