Cougar damage permits?

I met a few guys with hounds down here in Hockinson, WA Battleground Unit that had a cougar damage permit.  I was just wondering if it was anyone from this site.  I really need to get one of those camo hats so when I meet people in the field and it is one of you we will know.

you mean the safety removal permits? as far as i know i dont think anyone on here has a permit for that unit
