A while back I bought this as a restoration project. Still have to buy a new 54cal barrel for it but am in no rush. I am currently restoring a 54cal percussion as well.

That's looking good! How'd it look before? I've always had a thing for muzzleloaders but I've never bought one. Think I should put it on the wishlist!

Where are you buying your parts for these at?I need to find a few pieces.It looks great.Did it start out as a flint or did you change that?
