Homer, AK Fishing Charter Recommendations

My wife and I will be in Homer, AK for our 10 year anniversary this august so I was hoping to get a recommendation for a fishing charter. Anyone have personal experience? Thanks, Matt

Look up A-Ward charters. he has a smaller boat to get you there faster and has a reputation for larger fish

I can't remember the name but it is an over night trip. We left the docks around 4 and came back in the late morning. The cost was only $50 more then the other charters and you get 2 limits of butts not 1 because you fish after midnight on a new day. The boat was good size and everyone got their own bunk if you chose to sleep. The crew was great too. I think we left Homer and went down to the Barronoff (sp) islands. Tons of fun most were in the 20-30lb range. My brother got a 116lb
