Fire Season fishin
« on: June 30, 2015, 05:51:40 PM »
Wife had the last 2 days off so we made a run to get out of town. Got to watch the thunder storm that blew thru yesterday afternoon. She saw a strike in front of the house on the hill. About 30 minutes later saw a few spires of smoke called it and the DNR showed.  Hopefully it doesn't take off.

This morning I made a run to one of my favorite lakes. Left the house just before 8 and was back by 10:30 with these guys!!

Nice fishies, they'll be great on a smoldering cedar plank.  You grill onions?  Please, tell me how you do it... that's a new one on me.  Sounds good.
