Found this when checking my cam today. Just curious what he would score.

Dont let these guys get you down that bull is awsome. my take on trail came photos is they look small.  I have seen bulls that really grow in the last few weeks before  august. MtnMuley is right, But consider the fact that he still has a month to grow, and they say they can grow up to an inch a day  I wish you luck and shoot strait fellow hunter :brew:

I wasn't putting that bull down one bit. Quite frankly, he is a damn good bull.
Are you able to go after that bull? Or are you limited to Spikes?

Right now he is 290"ish and when all growth is done I bet he ends 305-310". Velvet is deceiving and can make them look bigger. Still a solid bull I would be happy to shoot.

That bull is all done growing. He's a great bull and I agree around 300". But I wouldn't expect any more growth out of him.

Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Thanks for the input! I am still pretty raw when it comes to judging animals off trail cam pics.

Now therefore, please take your weapons, your quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field and hunt game for me

Bulls are done growing by mid to end of July in my opinion.   They will start rubbing the 5th to 10th of August.
