Bird Taxidermy DVDs?

Can anyone recommend a good comprehensive bird taxidermy DVD set? I would love to start mounting my own birds but want something to reference. Any advice would be much appreciated

Stefan is a world class bird taxidermist out of Medford Oregon. great video and I would recommend the CD's / DVDs  over  VHS solely for the video quality . They also carry Danny Owens videos which are very good as well.
