Anyone shed some light on Gmu's 560 or 364?
« on: August 11, 2015, 05:40:42 AM »
New to archery. Usually hunt modern in the blues. Bro-in-law talked me into archery over the winter. Can Anyone shed some light on Gmu's 560 or 364? Water? Pros/cons? We backpack and camp now so we are used to that. Thanks in advance.

Well you can't hunt both unless you drew a multiseason elk tag.  You will have to pick east or west for archery.

Care to shed some light on where the fire is in there?
Every thought of my being is in regards to being a high tech predator and I relish the role.

If you throw 520 in there then you have 3 of the arguably craziest units in the state.  Lots of elk, and lots of hunters.  If you are into packing in for a hunt then there are probably better units than 560 for you.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
