written authorization ??

Hunters participating in the brant season must have prior written authorization and a harvest information card from WDFW.

I see this phrase a several of the waterfowl regs.  How does one get written authorization?

Contact the wildlife division of WDFW at 360 902-2515.  They are the ones who can give you a card.  If you have never held a Brant card the might still issue you one.  Good luck
