I really like these stocks they are shaped just right for me and are very comfortable to shoot. I would love to have this stock on all my rifles.

Been looking at stocks for my Vangaurd. Mine is the deluxe stock and is mint. made around 69, and not used much. Let me know how it fits. Been thinking about composite but can't decide :bash:

I've been looking for a stock for my 10/22 as well. . .I decided on a synthetic Predator T-Rex stock and a Tactical Solutions fluted .920" barrel, both in matte OD. . .I'm gonna paint both the barrel and the stock in a digital camo pattern as well. . .

. . .back to the Weatherby. . .I just got a Vanguard Varmint Special in .22-250 and eventually I'm gonn upgrade that stock to a McMillan A-5 stock. . .it's a coyote gun so that should work out pretty well. . .

. . .the Boyd's are nice looking stocks. . .I personally just aren't a fan of wood stocks. . .I prefer synthetic
Joel

-Weatherby Vanguard Varmint Special--.22-250 Remington
-black synthetic Remington 870 Super Mag--3 1/2" 12 ga.
-camo synthetic Remignto 870--20 ga.
-6.8 AR15 build in progress. . .
-Ruger 10/22

I dont like wood much either but the laminate stocks are nice, I'm thinking that I want to glass bed this one before I do the final finish. I'm hoping to get my groups a little tighter.
