Where to train a Pup in Everett WA?

My cousin just got his 6 month Brittany back from Tiger Mountain.  She was in their "Puppy Head Start" program for the past month.
Now that he has her back  he needs to continue the training, but not sure where he can take her. 
Does anyone have any suggestions where he could take her in Everett?  She is young and runs big, so he needs plenty of room with little distractions.

Ebey Island just off the hwy 2 trestle.  Gota be quick about it before they start doing pheasant release stuff out there tho.
