Looking for hunting land in Eastern Washington
« on: September 06, 2015, 11:27:38 AM »
Looking for some private land to hunt deer in Eastern Washington for up to 5 hunters (12 year old son two brothers and my step dad).  My family has been hunting all of our lives and are avid outdoorsmen. We hunt elk in the Yakima area and as most know that area has really gone downhill with the Mule deer population.  This will be my sons 3rd year hunting and I want to take him somewhere that has a greater deer population then where we elk hunt. We all grew up hunting as a family and want to keep the tradition going with my son.  Willing to trade a couple days of Puget Sound summer salmon fishing in exchange of hunting land.  I’m looking for just 2 days of opening weekend Oct. 17 and 18.  PM me if you have more questions and I’d be willing to talk to anyone about it.  I know a lot of people will say good luck it won’t happen, but like I tell my kids what’s the worse thing that can happen is someone tell you no?  Don’t know unless you ask.

Are you set on mulies or are whitetails fair game? I don't have private land but know of some decent public land with good populations of deer on it

I'm game for either one. I'm just looking for something that gives my son a better chance and for all of us to be there. Public land is good to.
