Any Moses lake area hunters want to show a newbie the ropes?

I've tried just about everything I can think of, tried different areas, tries scent masking, studied the wind religiously, and have walked as quietly as possible. I hear them where I set up and know they are around but even with lights at night I can't even get an eye shine! Hunting coyotes is much more frustrating then I though.
